Comma answers guest questions for holiday parks, motels and tourism operators, in any language, so staff never answer the same thing twice. The previous developer had moved on, and it needed someone to understand the system, stabilise it and keep it moving.
The problem
Comma answers guest questions by text and voice for holiday parks, motels and tourism operators, escalating to staff when it is unsure and learning from their replies. It was live and working, but the original developer had gone, and the founder had no way to fix issues or ship changes safely.
Technology
The guest assistant runs on the OpenAI Agents SDK, with real-time voice and speech-to-text so guests can call or message and get answers grounded in the operator's own property information, in any language. Questions it is not confident about are escalated to staff, and it learns from how they answer.
