The problem
Recruitment fees are opaque, and good recruiters are hard to find.
Employers wanted competitive, transparent pricing. Recruiters wanted access to roles without cold calling. The founder needed a marketplace that made both sides trust the process, and a product lead to sequence the build.

- Recruiter side: find roles, submit candidates, track progress
